Malcolm is the genuine article. A thinker and true culture maven, but one who has 'walked the walk' throughout his career. And it has been an illustrious career, starting with a punk clothing shop in London where he brought together the great punk band The Sex Pistols and moving through music, fashion, film, television and publicity maneuvering that must have made Madison Avenue jealous.
His hit Buffalo Girls in the 80s was groundbreaking as was his filtering of Opera through the McLaren psyche on his record Fans. As if that wasn't enough reason for him to be on TSL, his current raves include 8 Bit music. He is currently at work on a film adaptation of the book "Fast Food Nation."
